Breaking any of these rules will result in disciplinary action against the account related, and most likely will be permanently suspended.
1. By playing PRO (Pokemon Revolution Online), you agree to the Terms and Conditions found in this link.
2. You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person. We do not offer support for proxy cases. If you are found linked with someone via proxy you will be banned if a ban issued is an IP ban.
3. Account sharing is not recommended, however if you share the account with someone they must also agree to the Terms and Conditions, and they become your responsibility for any actions which violate the Terms of Service.
4. Trades outside PRO are prohibited and not to be discussed in PRO.
5. Using any kind of automation software, hacking or editing the PRO game/client is prohibited.
6. Abusing glitches, and not reporting them as soon as possible will result in sanctions. Anti AFK methods without user interaction or effort falls under this category too.
7. Helping someone to hide their non-legit/hacked/cracked/abused Pokemon/Items/or Money is prohibited.
8. Deceiving/Scamming people when it comes to trading or battling is prohibited.
9. Foul language/profanity, and posting inappropriate or adult content are against the rules, PRO Staff will report you to the appropriate authorities if your offense is considered illegal.
10. Spamming and harassing people is prohibited. Same goes for being foul towards the community and system as whole.
11. Posting links that are malicious, have adult content with them or anything else not suitable for kids is prohibited.
12. Impersonating staff is prohibited.

15. Disrespect and Toxic/Trashtalk behaviour with no grounds directed to staff and users will be aggressively sanctioned. This applies on official PRO scope.
16. As a user you are encouraged to report any rule breaking/abuse. Please note that staff members are not immune. You should report rule breaking on the forums.
- If the account you use is suspended due to breaking any of the rules above you have a right to appeal. During the appeal process we will take into consideration the rule broken, your behaviour during your time as an appealer, and your behaviour before you were suspended.

This information may be used to identify multiple accounts as falling under the possession of one individual. This information may be used to prevent those in possession of terminated accounts future access to the service. This information may be used to provide optional email updates from either our website or forums, at the sole discretion of you, the user. This information may be used to verify the status of a donation made to PRO.
In the highly unlikely event that legal authorities request PRO to provide such Personal Information for use in any legal context, PRO will be required to oblige the requests of such authorities.
This information may not and will not be shared with any third party source, with the exception of law enforcement officials as previously noted. This information may not and will not be sold to any third party source. This information may not and will not be gathered unwillingly or without the knowledge of its provider under any circumstance; all information collected by PRO must be consented by its source.
III Child Protection
In order to protect the privacy interests of minors, we do not allow children under the age of 18 to participate in any service provided by PRO, including forums and game, without the consent of a parent or guardian.
IV Accessing an Account
PRO staff may be required to access your account. This access is required for our services to identify any errors and monitor suspicious activity.
For the game, staff may be required to monitor your activity. Private messages cannot be viewed and your password will not be required.
Staff will never ask you for your password.
V Protection of Personal Information
PRO takes necessary precautions to protect our users information; any information willingly provided to PRO is protected both online and offline.
We have established and maintain reasonable security procedures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your Personal Information. Encryption and other security measures (such as but not limited to off-site backup and password protection), as well as any combination of such practices, are used by PRO to help provide our users with adequate security in regards to private data.
The number of individuals who have access to any Personal Information collected by PRO is limited to a very small number of people, and our staff is routinely updated and debriefed as our security practices develop and evolve. Staff will be limited in the type of Personal Information they can access depending on the access level the staff member has.
By participating in any portion of any service provided by PRO, including forums and game, you acknowledge that "perfect security" does not exist on the internet and that PRO will execute to the fullest extent of their power the best security and protection possible to ensure the integrity of your Personal Information.

What are the game's controls?
1. Arrow Keys, AWSD, Swipe Screen, Click and Drag - Walking
2. SPACE BAR, Tap Screen - Talk to NPCs (Non-playable characters), read signs and interact with objects
3. ENTER - Speak in chat with other players
4. Left Mouse Button / Numbers - Selects/confirms choices
5. Right Mouse Button / Double Tap - Extra commands (try right-clicking a player)
How do I earn Pokedollars?
You may gain some from defeating wild Pokémon and NPCs. You do not earn Pokémoney from PvP (player vs. player) battles.
How do I re-order my team?
Click and drag a Pokemon at the top-left of your screen and drop it on the Pokemon you wish to swap it with.
Where do I go to heal my Pokemon?
In most towns/cities, there are buildings with a red roof called a Pokémon Center. Simply enter inside the Pokémon Center and speak to the nurse to get them feeling well again.
How do I release or set free one of my Pokemon?
Goto a Pokecenter, access your PC and drag your Pokemon you wish to release into the red bin, then click on "Yes" on the pop-up dialog box.
How do I store Pokemon into my PC?
You can swap out a Pokemon from your PC with a Pokemon in your party. Or simply add your Pokemon to your PC, To do this just drag and drop your Pokemon from your party into your PC.
Where do I go to buy Pokeballs and Potions?
In most towns/cities, there are Shops. Inside these shops you will be able to buy many in-game items.
How do I exit the game/log off?
Whilst in-game, bring up the main menu (This can be done via pressing escape or using the button on the bottom panel.) You may then Log Out to the main Log In screen.
How do I save my game?
Being a multi-player game that is constantly online, PRO saves itself automatically. Once you begin play, your progress will be saved automatically.
How do I battle another player?
Right-click/Double Tap a player and select "Battle."
How do I trade another player?
Right-click/Double Tap a player and select "Trade."
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Membership within online games with PRO, has partially expired and you wish to give back the remainder of Membership time.
* Game Currencies for PRO has been partially spent and you wish to give back the remainder of Game Currencies.
Refunds
Once your request for a refund is received and inspected, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Pay Pal account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Pay Pal account, or Account used for original payment again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact an administrator on the forums.
